Does Zillow allow web scraping?

Zillow’s terms restrict automated access, and it offers no general public API for listing data. Collecting publicly visible listing facts is widely done and generally lawful in many jurisdictions; what you may do with the data depends on your use and local law. These scrapers read only public pages and never log in.

Is scraping Zillow illegal?

Scraping publicly available data is not illegal in itself in the US, but terms of service, copyright in photos and descriptions, and privacy law still apply. Use listing facts rather than republishing photos, treat agent contact details as personal data, and check the rules where you operate. This is not legal advice.

Is there a free Zillow scraper?

Can I get agent phone numbers and emails?

The Zillow Agents Scraper returns the contact details agents publish on their Zillow profiles, with brokerage, sales and reviews. Agents are people, so that is personal data: use it with a lawful basis and follow GDPR, CCPA and do-not-call rules.

These scrapers collect what Zillow shows any visitor: listing prices, home facts, status, Zestimates and the public agent directory. Listing facts are not personal data in most cases; the street address of a private home, the owner and an agent’s contact details can be, which is why this page withholds addresses and agent names. Photos and descriptions are copyrighted by their authors. Respect Zillow’s terms where they bind you, and use personal data in line with GDPR, CCPA and local rules.
