You pay $1.00 per 1,000 results ($0.001 per row). A review row and a product row cost the same. Platform usage (compute and browser time) is billed on top and is small: a run of 300 reviews used about $0.015 of platform usage, so 300 reviews cost about $0.32 in total. Set a maximum total charge on the run to cap your spend; the run stops cleanly when it is reached.
Is it legal to scrape Capterra? The actor only reads public pages that anyone can open without logging in. Check Capterra's terms and your local laws for your use case, especially for personal data such as reviewer names.
Do I need a Capterra account or a proxy? No. The actor uses a hosted browser that passes Capterra's bot check by itself.
How many reviews can I get? All reviews Capterra lists for a product. Large products have thousands; 1,000 reviews take under a minute.
Why is a field empty? Capterra does not show every field for every product or review. Sub-ratings are empty when the reviewer skipped them, and products without reviews have no rating. Empty fields are left out of the row.
Can I schedule it or use the API? Yes. Schedule runs in the console, or start runs and fetch results through the API. Combine a schedule with "Only reviews written after" to collect new reviews only.
Every field below can be set in the run form, passed through the API, or saved as a task. Unset fields fall back to the defaults shown.
