The Directors view of the dataset has one row per director, ready for a CRM import.
You pay $2.00 per 1,000 companies ($0.002 per company), with directors included. Platform usage (residential proxy traffic and compute) is billed on top and is small: about $0.07 per 1,000 companies in our tests, plus about $0.015 for each monthly MCA list read in new-company mode. A 1,000-company new-company run in our tests cost $0.10 in usage, so 1,000 companies ≈ $2.10 in total. Set a maximum charge per run and the run stops cleanly when it is reached.
Is it legal? The actor reads public company records published under India's Companies Act: the MCA's monthly incorporation lists and public company-information pages. It returns the company's own registered email and its directors' public register entries. Use the data for lawful purposes and follow the DPDP Act, 2023 and your local laws.
Do I need an MCA login or a proxy? No login. The actor uses residential exits in India by default; leave the proxy setting as it is.
How many companies can I get? As many as your inputs match. New-company mode reads one monthly list at a time (about 20,000 to 25,000 companies a month) and goes back up to 12 months when no date is set. A name search returns the companies whose registered name contains the words.
Why is the email empty or partly hidden? The full email is only public for companies older than about five months; for newer ones the sources show it partly masked (companyEmailMasked). Some companies have no email on record.
How fresh is the new-company list? The MCA publishes each month's list in the first days of the next month, so the newest companies in discovery mode are from the last published month. Name and CIN lookups also find companies registered after that.
Can I schedule it or use the API? Yes. Save the input as a task, schedule it monthly to catch every new registration, and read results through the API or webhooks.
Every field below can be set in the run form, passed through the API, or saved as a task. Unset fields fall back to the defaults shown.
companyNamesarrayOptionalCompany names
Search India's company register by name, for example "Tata", "Tata Motors" or "Infosys". Every company whose registered name contains the words is a candidate; exact matches come first, then the newest companies. Filters below narrow a name search.
cinsarrayOptionalCINs
Look up companies directly by their 21-character Corporate Identification Number, for example L28920MH1945PLC004520. Filters are not applied to CINs.
maxCompaniesintegerOptionaldefault 20Max companies
How many companies to save in this run, across all inputs. 0 means no limit.
With no names or CINs, a date, industry or state lists newly registered companies from the registry's official monthly incorporation lists, newest first. With names, these filters narrow the name search.
incorporatedAfterstringOptionalIncorporated on or after
Keep companies incorporated on or after this date (YYYY-MM-DD, or a relative value like "60 days"). On its own, it lists companies registered since this date.
incorporatedBeforestringOptionalIncorporated on or before
Keep companies incorporated on or before this date (YYYY-MM-DD).
industryarrayOptionalIndustry
Keep companies in these industry groups (from the activity code in the CIN).
statesarrayOptionalStates and union territories
Keep companies whose registered office is in these states or union territories.
citiesarrayOptionalCities
Keep companies whose registered office is in these cities. Old and new names both work (Bangalore and Bengaluru, Gurgaon and Gurugram).
companyStatusesarrayOptionalCompany status
Keep only companies with these statuses. Leave empty for all.
includeDirectorsbooleanOptionaldefault trueInclude directors
Add each company's current directors and key managerial people: name, DIN, designation and appointment date.
fullEmailLookupbooleanOptionaldefault trueLook up the full company email
Where the main source shows the registered email partly hidden, check a second public source for the full address (companies older than about five months). Turn off for faster runs.

The register's public pages answer residential exits in India; keep the default. Datacenter exits are refused, and the run then switches to residential exits in India by itself.
Every run writes its results to a dataset. Preview it in the dashboard, then export it or read it through the API.
