You pay $1.00 per 1,000 launches saved ($0.001 each). With Collect website details and public emails on, a launch where at least one public email is found adds $0.001. Platform usage (compute and residential proxy traffic) is billed separately and is small: a 1,000-launch run uses about one minute of compute at 256 MB and roughly 50 MB of residential traffic, around $0.10 in total.
Example: 1,000 launches ≈ $1.10 in total.
Is it legal? It collects only data Product Hunt shows publicly to every visitor. Check that your use follows the site's terms and the privacy laws that apply to you, especially for personal data such as maker profiles.
Do I need a login, an API token or my own proxy? No. Product Hunt blocks most datacenter IPs, so the built-in residential proxies are used by default.
How many launches can I get? All launches of the chosen periods. A daily leaderboard has a few hundred launches (fewer with featured only), and a yearly leaderboard thousands. Topic and category pages list every product they contain, highest rated first.
Why is a field empty? Product Hunt doesn't show it for that launch: ranks only exist for featured launches, and some products have no reviews, X account or videos.
What do topic and category rows contain? One row per product, filled with its latest launch (votes, comments, ranks) and the product's own name, tagline and URL.
Can I schedule it or use the API? Yes. Schedule daily runs to collect each day's leaderboard, and read the dataset through the API or the integrations.
target, maxNbItemsToScrape, productHuntPageUrls, ...) and the main output fields stay the same.Every field below can be set in the run form, passed through the API, or saved as a task. Unset fields fall back to the defaults shown.
