Search public social profiles for a name or brand and save one matching profile link from each network.
Type a name or brand and get back its public profile links across the major social networks: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, GitHub, LinkedIn, Twitch, Discord, Medium, Pinterest, Steam and Threads. One clean row per network, no login required.
Each saved profile costs $1 per 1,000 profiles, and a name with no public match costs nothing in profile fees.
| Field | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
profileNames | array (required) | Names or brands to look up. Enter a name, not a URL; web addresses are skipped. |
socials | array | Networks to search. Defaults to all supported networks. |
maxProfiles | integer | Stop after this many profile links across all names. Default 15. |
proxyConfiguration | object | Datacenter proxies by default. |

"maxProfiles": 15,

Each saved profile costs $0.001, which is $1 per 1,000 profiles. A run that finds no profiles adds no profile charges. Compute and datacenter proxy traffic are billed separately.
Worked example: searching one name and saving about 12 profiles takes around 20 seconds at 2 GB. In our test that run cost about $0.015 in total: $0.012 in profile fees plus a small amount of compute and storage.
Is it legal? The actor reads public pages and public search endpoints only. You are responsible for using the links in line with applicable law and each network's terms.
Do I need a login or my own proxy? No. It does not use account cookies, and proxies are included.
Why is a network missing from the results? There was no public profile whose name or handle matched, or the site did not answer. Ask.fm currently has no public DNS address, so that network returns nothing.
Can I search several names? Yes. Add them to the names list. The profile cap applies to the whole run.
What if a name matches nothing? You get no rows for it, and no profile fees.
Can I schedule it or call it from the API? Yes, through schedules or the API.
maxProfiles, counted across every name.Every field below can be set in the run form, passed through the API, or saved as a task. Unset fields fall back to the defaults shown.
