You pay $2.50 per 1,000 results ($0.0025 per saved row; product rows and review rows count the same). Platform usage (compute and the default datacenter proxy) is billed separately and is tiny: a typical 1,000-review job uses a fraction of a cent of each.
Worked example: 1 product with 1,000 reviews = 1,001 rows ≈ $2.50 plus a few tenths of a cent of usage. Set a maximum cost per run in the run options and the actor stops cleanly when it is reached.
Is it legal to scrape TrustRadius? The actor only reads publicly visible review and product data and does not collect reviewer names or profile links. Check that your use complies with TrustRadius's terms and with privacy laws such as the GDPR in your jurisdiction.
Do I need a TrustRadius account or my own proxy? No. No login is used, and the built-in datacenter proxy is enough. Residential addresses are only used automatically if datacenter requests are refused.
How many reviews can I get? All published reviews of a product (for example, over 6,000 for Miro). Categories and keywords return as many products as you ask for, up to what TrustRadius lists.
Why is a field empty? Reviewers answer different questions, and older reviews use older templates. Missing answers are null or empty lists; extra questions appear in otherAnswers.
Why are keyword results not the most popular products? Keyword search follows TrustRadius's own relevance order, which favours product names. To get the top products of a market, use a category URL (ordered by number of reviews).
Can I schedule runs or use the API? Yes. Schedule the actor, call it via the API, and combine publishedAfter (for example 7 days) with newest-first order to collect only new reviews.
featureId.Every field below can be set in the run form, passed through the API, or saved as a task. Unset fields fall back to the defaults shown.
startUrlsarrayOptionalTrustRadius URLs or product slugs
Product pages (https://www.trustradius.com/products/slack/reviews), category pages (https://www.trustradius.com/categories/project-management), search pages (https://www.trustradius.com/search?q=crm) or bare product slugs (slack). One per line.
searchKeywordsarrayOptionalSearch keywords
Find products with TrustRadius search (for example "crm" or "zoom"). Results come in TrustRadius relevance order; for the top products of a market, a category URL usually works better.
maxReviewsPerProductintegerOptionaldefault 20Max reviews per product
How many reviews to save for each product. 0 saves product data only.
maxProductsPerSearchintegerOptionaldefault 10Max products per category or keyword
How many products to take from each category URL, search URL or keyword. Categories are ordered by number of reviews (most reviewed first). TrustRadius keyword search stops paging at about 5,000 products per keyword.
searchSortByenumOptionaldefault "relevance"Keyword search order
Order of products found by a search keyword or search URL. Most reviewed puts well-known products with many reviews first.
maxResultsintegerOptionaldefault 0Max results in total
Stop after this many saved rows (products plus reviews) across all inputs. 0 means no overall cap.
Narrow down the reviews. Product rows are always saved. Leave empty to get every review.
starRatingsarrayOptionalStar ratings
Only reviews with these star ratings. TrustRadius scores reviews 1-10: 5 stars = 9-10, 4 = 7-8, 3 = 5-6, 2 = 3-4, 1 = 1-2. Leave empty for all.
companySizesarrayOptionalReviewer company size
Only reviews from reviewers at companies of these sizes. Leave empty for all.
publishedAfterstringOptionalPublished after
Only reviews published on or after this date: a date (2026-01-01) or a period (7 days, 2 weeks, 6 months). Uses newest-first order and stops once older reviews start.
publishedBeforestringOptionalPublished before
Only reviews published on or before this date (2025-12-31) or more than a period ago (1 year).
What to save and in which order.
includeReviewsbooleanOptionaldefault trueInclude reviews
Save the reviews of each product (title, rating, pros, cons, use case, ROI, reviewer role, industry and company size). Switch off to save product data only.
includeProductsbooleanOptionaldefault trueInclude product rows
Save one row per product with the TrustRadius score, rating and review counts, detailed and feature ratings, pricing, categories and alternatives.
sortByenumOptionaldefault "recent"Review order
Order in which reviews are collected. With a review limit this decides which reviews you get.
