🚀 How to use

1. Enter one or more search terms (German terms find the most companies, e.g. CNC Fräsen, Verpackungsmaschinen), or paste wlw.de search or company links.
2. Set Max companies per search (0 = everything wlw.de shows).
3. Optionally narrow down with filters (country, supplier type, company size, verified only, latitude/longitude and radius) and turn on Include profile details.
4. Click Start and download the results as JSON, CSV, Excel or HTML, or read them through the API.

The dataset also has a Contact persons view (one row per person) and a Products view.

💰 Pricing

• $1.50 per 1,000 companies (result event, $0.0015 per company).
• Profile details: $1.00 per 1,000 companies extra (company-details event), only when Include profile details is on, or for company links.
• Example: 1,000 companies ≈ $1.50; 1,000 companies with contact persons and VAT IDs ≈ $2.50.
• Platform usage is billed on top but is tiny: our 1,000-company test used about $0.002 of compute and datacenter proxy, the 10,000-company test about $0.02.

❓ FAQ

Is it legal to scrape wlw.de? The actor reads public company profiles that wlw.de shows to every visitor without an account. You are responsible for how you use the data, in particular personal data of contact persons under GDPR.

Do I need a wlw.de account or a proxy? No account, no cookies. The default datacenter proxy works; if it is ever refused, the run switches to German residential exits by itself.

How many companies can I get? As many as wlw.de lists. The site serves at most 3,300 companies per search; when you ask for more, the search is split by company size, supplier type and country. For a search with 8,057 matches this reached 7,650 unique companies; the rest have no size, type or country the split can reach.

Why is a field empty? Companies fill their profiles themselves. Email is rarely public (wlw.de routes inquiries through its contact form), founding year and response rate are missing on some profiles. Profile-detail fields stay empty unless Include profile details is on.

Can I schedule runs or use the API? Yes. Save the input as a task, schedule it, and fetch results through the API or connect them to your tools with webhooks.

I used a similar actor on another platform. Will my input work? Mostly: query, region, verifiedOnly, maxPages (30 companies per page), latitude, longitude and radius are read as well.

⚠️ Limits

• wlw.de serves at most 3,300 companies per search; splitting gets most, but not always all, of a very large search.
• City names in search links (e.g. /suche/cafe/muenchen) are not used; use latitude, longitude and radius instead.
• Product search (/products/...) links are not supported; this actor exports companies.
• Profile details read only the first page of a company's categories (categoryCount gives the full number).
• Emails are only included when a company publishes one on wlw.de.
