Yelp Reviews Scraper

Try for free

Scrape every review from Yelp business pages: rating, date, text, reviewer, reactions, photos, and the owner reply. Filter by language, stars, keyword, and dates, and sort the way Yelp does.

⭐ Yelp Reviews Scraper

Scrape every public review from any Yelp business page and get one clean row per review: star rating, date, full text, language, reviewer details, helpful votes, photos, and the owner's reply. No login, no browser, no API key. A thousand reviews take about half a minute.

Paste business URLs, pick a language, a sort order, a star range, a keyword or a date window, and export to JSON, CSV or Excel.

✨ Why use Yelp Reviews Scraper?

  • ⚡ Fast — reads Yelp's own review feed directly, 40 reviews per request, several requests at once. About 1,000 reviews in 35 seconds, 10,000 in about 3 minutes.
  • 🎯 Precise filters — language, star range, keyword, start and end date, all applied before you pay for a row.
  • 🔀 Sort like Yelp — newest, oldest, Yelp relevance, highest, lowest, or elite reviewers first.
  • 💬 Owner replies included — the business's public response, its date and who wrote it, when there is one.
  • 🌍 All languages — reviews in every language a business has, or just the one you choose.
  • 💸 Cheap and simple — $1.40 per 1,000 reviews, no start fee, no monthly rental.
  • 🛡️ Built for volume — no repeats, partial results are kept if Yelp stops answering, and your maximum total charge is always respected.

🎯 Use cases

  • 📈 Reputation monitoring — track ratings and complaints for your own locations over time.
  • 🕵️ Competitor research — see what customers love and hate at nearby businesses.
  • 🧠 Sentiment and topic analysis — feed thousands of reviews into a spreadsheet, BI tool or language model.
  • 🏨 Local SEO and lead research — find unhappy customers, unanswered reviews and businesses that never reply.
  • 🗺️ Market studies — compare chains, neighbourhoods or cuisines by review volume and rating.

❓ FAQ

Is it legal to scrape Yelp reviews? The actor reads publicly visible reviews, the same ones anyone can see without logging in. You are responsible for how you use the data and for following Yelp's terms and local privacy law. Do not use reviewer details to contact or profile private individuals.

Do I need a login, cookies or my own proxy? No. Datacenter proxies are included and selected by default.

How many reviews can I get? Every review Yelp shows publicly for a business. Reviews Yelp marks as not recommended are not part of the public feed and are not included. A 10,000-review run was tested and finishes in a few minutes.

What does an empty field mean? ownerResponse is null when the business did not reply, reviewerLocation is null when the reviewer did not set one, and photoUrls is an empty list when the review has no photos.

Why did I get fewer reviews than the count on the business page? Yelp's total includes reviews in other languages and reviews that are not recommended. Choose All languages to cover every language the business has.

Can I schedule it or call it from code? Yes. Use Schedules for regular runs, or start it through the API and read the dataset when it finishes. Use newest-first sorting with a start date to collect only new reviews on each run.

⚠️ Limits

  • Only public business pages. Search result pages and other Yelp pages are skipped with a warning.
  • Not recommended reviews and reviews that are only visible when logged in are not included.
  • A keyword search returns matches in Yelp's own order, and the sort option does not apply to it.
  • Business addresses come from the business page; online-only businesses may have none.
  • If Yelp refuses every connection for a business, that business is skipped and the rest of the run continues.
  • Yelp itself times out when it sorts very large businesses (thousands of reviews, e.g. Katz's Delicatessen) by elite reviewers. Those businesses fall back to Yelp's default sort, and the run's status message names them.
