🎟️ Eventbrite Scraper

Pull upcoming events from Eventbrite with their dates, venues, coordinates, ticket prices and availability, plus organizer leads: website, socials, follower count and, if you want it, a public contact email. Paste Eventbrite URLs or search by keyword, city, category, format, date and price. No login and no API key needed.

✨ Why use Eventbrite Scraper?

  • ⚡ Fast: reads the same JSON the Eventbrite website loads, 50 events per request, with no browser.
  • 🔎 Every way in: search pages, event pages, organizer pages, or a keyword + location search with filters.
  • 🧭 Complete event rows: start and end with UTC offset, venue address and coordinates, price range, sold-out and sales status, category, format and tags.
  • 🤝 Organizer leads: organizer name, page, website, domain, Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn links, followers, events hosted and hosting years.
  • 📈 Goes past the 1,000 cap: Eventbrite shows at most 1,000 results per search. Big searches are walked one day at a time, so a city can return thousands of events without duplicates.
  • 💸 Cheap: you pay per saved event, and datacenter proxies are enough.

🎯 Use cases

  • 📇 Lead generation: build lists of event organizers, venues and promoters in a city or niche, with their websites and socials.
  • 🗓️ Event calendars and newsletters: feed "what's on" pages, local guides and community newsletters.
  • 💰 Ticket price research: compare price ranges, free versus paid events and sell-outs across cities and categories.
  • 📊 Market research: count events per category, format or neighbourhood and track how a scene grows.
  • 🏢 Venue and sponsorship scouting: find which venues host which kinds of events and who organizes them.
  • 🔔 Monitoring: schedule a run to catch new events from your competitors' organizer pages.

💰 Pricing

You pay $0.50 per 1,000 events ($0.0005 per saved event), plus the small platform usage of the run (compute and datacenter proxy traffic). For example, 1,000 events cost about $0.50 in event fees plus a few cents of usage. Organizer email lookups and full event details are not charged extra; they only add a little traffic.

❓ FAQ

Is it legal to scrape Eventbrite? The actor reads only public event pages that anyone can open without an account. You are responsible for how you use the data, including privacy rules such as GDPR when you contact organizers.

Do I need an Eventbrite account, API key or proxy? No account or key. The default datacenter proxy works; switch to residential only if requests are refused.

How many events can I get? Eventbrite shows at most 1,000 events per search. When a search has more and you ask for more, the actor walks it one day at a time, which reaches thousands of events for big cities. Organizer pages return all of that organizer's upcoming public events.

Why is a field empty? Eventbrite leaves some fields blank: prices are hidden for sold-out events, online events have no venue, and many organizers list no website. organizerEmail is filled only when the organizer's own website shows an email.

Can I filter by date, price or category when I paste a URL? Yes. Set the filters on eventbrite.com, copy the URL and paste it. The actor runs exactly the search the page shows.

Can I schedule it or use the API? Yes. Schedule runs in the console, or start them through the API and read the dataset as JSON, CSV or Excel.

⚠️ Limits

  • Only Eventbrite. Lu.ma and Meetup events are not covered.
  • Only public events. Private, password-protected and invite-only events are skipped.
  • Search results are current and upcoming events. Past events are returned only when you paste their event URL.
  • Ticket types, seat maps, attendee lists and organizer phone numbers are not scraped. Emails come only from the organizer's own public website.
  • Keyword searches keep only events that mention the keyword in the title, summary, tags, organizer or venue name. Eventbrite pads keyword results with unrelated popular events, and those are left out.
  • A single day with more than 1,000 matching events in one search is cut at 1,000; add a category or keyword to split it.
