💰 Pricing

• $1.00 per 1,000 results (channels, VODs, clips or live streams), so a channel with 10 VODs and 10 clips costs about $0.02.
• MP4 downloads (optional): $0.005 per saved video up to 95 MB, with no extra charge for the video traffic. A 30-second 1080p clip is about 33 MB.
• Platform usage (compute and storage) is billed separately and is small: a 10-VOD, 10-clip channel run takes about 15 seconds on the default 512 MB.
• Rows removed by your filters and videos skipped for size are not charged.

❓ FAQ

Is it legal to scrape Kick? The actor reads only public pages and public video links, the same data any visitor sees. You are responsible for how you use it, including copyright on downloaded videos.

Do I need a Kick account or proxy? No account. The default datacenter proxy works; switch to residential only if you see blocks.

How many results can I get? Kick keeps a channel's recent VODs (usually the last few weeks) and lets you page through all of a channel's clips. Live streams are listed by viewer count.

Why can't I download a 5-hour VOD? Stored files are limited to 95 MB each. For long VODs use the .m3u8 link with any HLS tool (for example ffmpeg -i "<m3u8Url>" -c copy vod.mp4), or pick a lower quality.

How do I open a downloaded MP4? Open the run's Storage tab and download the file, or request downloadUrl through the API with your API token in the Authorization: Bearer header.

Why is a field empty? Kick does not fill every field for every item (for example, a channel that is offline has no live stream).

Can I schedule it or use the API? Yes. Schedule runs in the console or start them through the API and fetch the dataset as JSON, CSV or Excel.

⚠️ Limits

• Public data only; subscriber-only VODs are not available.
• Kick only keeps VODs for a limited time; older broadcasts are gone from the API too.
• MP4 downloads are capped at 95 MB per file; longer videos still come with their stream links.
• Clips are offered in their source quality only.
• Live stream links (liveM3u8Url) are signed and expire after a while.
• Chat messages are not included.
