🚀 How to use

  1. Open a company on Glassdoor and copy the URL, for example https://www.glassdoor.com/Reviews/Google-Reviews-E9079.htm. Overview, Jobs, and Salaries URLs also work, as do country sites such as glassdoor.fr.
  2. Paste one or more URLs into Company URLs.
  3. Set Maximum reviews per company.
  4. Optionally add a keyword, a date, a language, or a sort order.
  5. Click Start. When the run finishes, export the reviews as JSON, CSV, or Excel, or read them through the API.

Moving from another Glassdoor reviews tool? The rows keep the same field names as Glassdoor's own review data (ratingOverall, pros, cons, jobTitle, location, employer, and so on), so existing sheets and scripts usually work unchanged.

💰 Pricing

You pay $0.003 per review saved, which is $3 per 1,000 reviews. There is no start fee. Compute and proxy traffic are billed separately at the platform's normal rates. Datacenter proxy is the default and is enough for Glassdoor.

Worked example from a measured run: 100 reviews of one company cost $0.30 in review events, plus $0.0003 of compute at the default 256 MB and about 35 KB of datacenter proxy traffic, for a total of about $0.301. 1,000 reviews cost about $3.

You never pay for a review that is not saved, and the run stops cleanly when it reaches your maximum charge.

❓ FAQ

Is it legal to scrape Glassdoor reviews? The actor reads only reviews that Glassdoor shows publicly without a login, and it collects no private data. Check the rules that apply to your use, such as data protection law and Glassdoor's terms.

Do I need a Glassdoor account or a proxy? No account. The default datacenter proxy is included in the input and works for Glassdoor.

How many reviews can I get? As many as Glassdoor has for that company in the chosen language. A 10,000-review run took about 72 seconds in our tests. When a company has fewer matching reviews, the log says how many exist and the run ends normally.

Why are some fields empty? Reviewers skip optional questions. advice, sub-ratings, CEO approval, and outlook are null when the reviewer left them blank. employerResponses is empty when the company did not reply.

Why did a foreign company return few reviews? Reviews are read in one language. Use auto (the default) so glassdoor.fr reads French reviews, pick a language, or turn on includeAllReviews.

Can I schedule it or use the API? Yes. Save the input as a task and schedule it, or start runs through the API and read the dataset as JSON, CSV, or Excel.

⚠️ Limits

  • Reviews only. Jobs, salaries, interviews, and benefits are not collected.
  • No AI summaries or insight reports.
  • A URL without a Glassdoor employer id is skipped with a warning. An unknown employer id returns no rows, and the run still succeeds.
  • The keyword search is Glassdoor's own text search, so it matches the review text Glassdoor indexes.
