You pay $1.20 per 1,000 jobs saved ($0.0012 per job). Jobs removed by your filters are not charged. Platform usage (compute and datacenter proxy traffic) is billed separately and is small: a typical 200-job run with full descriptions costs about $0.24 in job fees plus well under a cent of usage. 1,000 jobs ≈ $1.20 plus usage.
Is it legal? The actor reads the same public job listings that any visitor sees on an employer's Workday careers page. It does not log in or collect personal data about candidates. Check the terms that apply to how you use the data.
Do I need a login or a proxy? No login. Datacenter proxies are the default and work well; several proxy sessions run in parallel for speed.
How many jobs can I get? All open jobs on a site. Workday limits one search to 2,000 results, so bigger boards are split by category automatically; if a site still has more, the status message says so and you can add filters.
Why is a field empty? Employers fill different fields. remoteType and validThrough only exist when the employer sets them, and with Include full job details off you get the list fields only (title, link, location text, relative posting date).
Can I give company names instead of URLs? Yes. Well-known Workday employers resolve instantly; other names are looked up on Workday by trying common addresses, which may fail for unusual site names. A career site URL always works.
Can I schedule it or use the API? Yes. Save your input as a task, schedule it daily, and read results over the API or with webhooks.
Every field below can be set in the run form, passed through the API, or saved as a task. Unset fields fall back to the defaults shown.
startUrlsarrayOptionalWorkday career site URLs
Workday careers pages, one per line, such as https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite. Search pages with filters in the address, myworkdaysite.com/recruiting addresses and single job links also work. Leave both this and company names empty to try a sample site.
companiesarrayOptionalCompany names
Company names, such as Cisco or Boeing. Known Workday employers are matched right away; other names are looked up on Workday, which takes a few seconds and does not always find the site. A URL is always the surest input.
maxResultsintegerOptionaldefault 20Maximum jobs
Total jobs to save across all career sites. 0 means no limit.
Filters use each site's own Workday filters when it has a matching one, and are checked on the job itself otherwise.
searchTextstringOptionalKeyword
Search text sent to each career site's own search, such as data engineer.
locationsarrayOptionalLocations
Keep jobs whose location contains any of these words, such as Germany, London or Texas.
remoteOnlybooleanOptionaldefault falseRemote jobs only
Keep only jobs marked remote by the employer, or whose location says remote.
employmentTypesarrayOptionalEmployment types
Keep only these employment types. Leave empty for all.
postedWithinDaysintegerOptionalPosted within (days)
Only jobs posted in the last this many days. 0 or empty means any date.
maxResultsPerSiteintegerOptionalMaximum jobs per site
Cap for each career site, so one large employer does not use up the whole run. 0 means no cap.
includeDescriptionbooleanOptionaldefault trueInclude full job details
Open each job to save the full description, every office location, the country, remote type, employment type and the exact posting date. Turn off for a faster title, link and location list.
facetsobjectOptionalWorkday facets (advanced)
Raw Workday filters as {"facetParameter": ["id", ...]}, for example {"jobFamilyGroup": ["0c40f6bd1d8f10ae43ffaefd46dc7e78"]}. Ids are visible in a Workday search URL after you click a filter. Unknown facets are ignored with a warning.
proxyConfigurationobjectOptionaldefault {"useScrapelyProxy":true,"scrapelyProxyGroups":["DATACENTER…Proxy configuration
Datacenter proxies are the default and work for Workday. Several proxy sessions are used in parallel for speed.
Every run writes its results to a dataset. Preview it in the dashboard, then export it or read it through the API.
