✨ Why use EUIPO Trademarks Scraper?

  • 🌍 One search, 70+ offices — EU trademarks (EUIPO), international registrations (WIPO) and national registers in a single run, or narrow it to the offices you need.
  • ⚡ Fast — a 20-mark search run takes about 5 seconds and 15,890 marks took about one minute in our tests; full records load about 4 per second.
  • 🔎 Every search mode — trademark name (contains, whole word, begins, ends, exact or fuzzy), owner name, TMview IDs and links, application or registration numbers, or browse an office by filing date.
  • 📄 Full records on demand — goods and services wording per class (in English when TMview has a translation), owner address and country, representatives, priorities, publications and renewals.
  • 🛡️ Free brand-clearance score — give your proposed brand name and every result gets a 0-100 conflict score from name similarity, sound-alike match and class overlap.
  • 👀 Watch mode — schedule it and get only new or changed marks, tagged NEW or UPDATED.

🎯 Use cases

  • 🛡️ Brand clearance — check a new product or company name against existing marks in the classes you care about before you file.
  • 👀 Trademark watch — follow new EU filings that resemble your brand, or a competitor's new filings, every day or week.
  • 🏢 Portfolio research — list every mark an owner holds (for example Apple Inc in Germany) with classes, status and expiry dates.
  • 📅 Renewal and opposition tracking — find marks expiring soon or still inside their opposition window.
  • 📈 Lead generation for IP firms — new EU filings by class or office, with owner and representative names and addresses.
  • 📊 Market and legal research — count and compare filings by office, class, type or year.

🚀 How to use

  1. Enter one or more trademark names in Trademark names or keywords (for example tesla), owners in Owner (applicant) names, or IDs and links in Trademark IDs, links or numbers.
  2. Optionally narrow the results with Offices, Nice classes, Statuses, Mark types and the date filters.
  3. Set Max results per search (20 by default; 0 means every match).
  4. Turn on Full details if you need goods and services wording, addresses and representatives.
  5. Click Start and export the results as JSON, CSV, Excel or HTML, or read them through the API.

To browse new filings, leave the names empty and set an office plus a filing date range, for example EM and 2026-10-01 to 2026-10-15.

💰 Pricing

You pay per trademark saved:

  • $0.008 per trademark ($8 per 1,000).
  • $0.008 extra per trademark with Full details (only when includeDetails is on, and for lookups by TMview ID, which always return the full record).
  • The brand-clearance score and watch mode are free. In watch mode unchanged marks are not saved and not charged.

Example: 1,000 trademarks cost about $8, or about $16 with full details. Platform usage (compute and datacenter proxy traffic) is billed on top and is small: in our tests a 1,000-mark run used under $0.001 and a 15,890-mark run about $0.013.

❓ FAQ

Is it legal to scrape TMview? TMview is a free public search run by the EU Intellectual Property Office, and trademark registers are public by law. The scraper reads the same public data the website shows. Check the rules that apply to how you use the data, especially for personal data of individual owners.

Do I need a login, API key or proxy? No login and no API key. The default datacenter proxy works; if TMview starts refusing those exits, the run switches to residential proxies by itself.

How many results can I get? Up to 100,000 per search. TMview itself returns at most 10,000 rows per search, so larger searches are split by filing date automatically (in our test, all 15,890 marks for "nike" in about one minute). Marks without a filing date cannot be reached past the first 10,000.

Why are some fields empty? Offices publish different data. Some have no registration or expiry date, no image or no English goods and services wording. Fields such as goods and services, addresses and representatives need Full details.

Can I schedule it or use the API? Yes. Schedule runs (watch mode is built for that) and start runs or read results through the API, webhooks and integrations.

Is the brand-clearance score legal advice? No. It is a fast screening aid that ranks marks by name similarity, sound-alike match and class overlap so you know which ones to review first.

⚠️ Limits

  • Covers what TMview has: the EUIPO and the offices that take part in TMview. Coverage and update speed vary by office.
  • TMview returns at most 10,000 marks per search; larger searches are split by filing date, and marks without a filing date are only reachable within the first 10,000.
  • Full details take one extra request per mark (about 4 marks per second).
  • No image similarity search, no company-register matching and no AI likelihood-of-confusion analysis.
  • Not affiliated with the EUIPO or TMview.
