💰 Pricing

You pay $0.50 per 1,000 listings ($0.0005 each), plus platform usage for the run. Idealista only answers residential addresses, so usage is mostly residential proxy traffic: about 35 MB per 1,000 listings with full details, plus a small one-off site check at the start of a run.

Examples from test runs:

• 10 listings: about $0.005 in listing fees plus about $0.0025 in usage (residential traffic at $2 per GB and compute), so under a cent.
• 1,000 Madrid listings with full details (about 2.5 minutes): $0.50 in listing fees plus about $0.08 in usage, so about $0.58.

Turning off Full listing details cuts proxy traffic and run time by more than half.

❓ FAQ

Is it legal to scrape Idealista? The actor reads only public pages that anyone can open without an account. You are responsible for how you use the data, including personal data rules such as GDPR, and Idealista's terms.

Do I need an Idealista account or my own proxy? No. The residential proxy is built in, and the site's bot check is handled for you.

How many results can I get? As many as the search has. Idealista shows at most 1,800 results per search. For a Location search the actor continues in price order and removes duplicates; a pasted results URL stops at 1,800, with a message saying how many exist.

Why is a field empty? Not every advertiser fills every field. For example, listings that hide their address have no coordinates, and private sellers have no agency logo.

Are phone numbers included? No. Idealista shows phone numbers only to logged-in users, and this actor never logs in.

Can I schedule it or use the API? Yes. Save the input as a task, schedule it daily, and read results through the API or integrations.

⚠️ Limits

• Spain, Italy and Portugal work. idealista.pt sits behind a Cloudflare check, so Portugal runs open the site in a hosted browser: they take longer and add browser time to the cost. France passes the same check, but its searches have not been verified yet.
• Input filters apply to the Spanish site. For Italy, set filters on idealista.it and paste the results URL.
• Phone numbers, coordinate-radius searches, and Idealista's statistics are not collected.
• locationId is the province-level ID shown on the listing page.
• Back-to-back runs reuse a recently cleared session, so the first run of the day is a few seconds slower.
