When to use this example
From the RealCommercial Scraper – Australian Commercial Property Listings readme:
How many listings can I get?
As many as your searches return: set Maximum listings to 0 for everything. realcommercial.com.au itself shows at most 10,000 listings per search, so split a bigger search (for example all of NSW for lease) by property type or region. A 10,000-listing run with full details took about 1.5 hours in our tests; results are saved as they come in.
