Scrape apartment and rental listings from rentcafe.com by search URL, city, ZIP code or neighborhood: rent range, floor plan prices, beds, baths, square feet, phone, address, coordinates, amenities, photos, ratings and reviews. US and Canada.
Export apartment and rental listings from rentcafe.com to JSON, CSV or Excel: rent ranges, floor plan prices, beds, baths, square feet, phone numbers, addresses, coordinates, amenities, photos, ratings and reviews. Paste a search URL or just type a city, ZIP code or neighborhood. No login, no browser, and 50 listings per request, so a few hundred properties take seconds.

You pay $0.80 per 1,000 listings ($0.0008 per listing saved), plus platform usage (compute and proxy traffic), which is billed separately and came to less than $0.01 per 1,000 listings in our tests (512 MB memory, datacenter proxy). Example: 1,000 listings ≈ $0.81 in total. Failed searches and duplicate properties are never charged, and you can set a maximum charge per run.
Is it legal to scrape RentCafe? The scraper only reads public listing pages that anyone can open without an account. Check the site's terms and your local rules (for example on personal data) for your use case.
Do I need a RentCafe account or a proxy? No account and no login. Datacenter proxies are included by default; if RentCafe refuses them, the scraper switches to US residential proxies by itself.
How many listings can I get? RentCafe shows at most 1,000 properties for one search (20 pages of 50). When a search has more, the scraper splits it into rent ranges by itself to go past that limit. Very large areas (a whole state) can still hold more than a run reaches, so search by city, ZIP code or neighborhood for full coverage.
Why is a field empty? The property did not publish it. Some properties show "Call for rent" (no price), and only some have reviews, specials or unit counts.
Can I schedule it or use it from my code? Yes. Save your input as a task and schedule it daily or weekly, or start runs through the API and get the results as JSON, CSV or Excel.
photos holds the first five gallery photos of each property; photoCount has the full count.reviews holds the reviews RentCafe shows in search results (usually one or two), while reviewsCount has the total.Every field below can be set in the run form, passed through the API, or saved as a task. Unset fields fall back to the defaults shown.

Datacenter proxies work for RentCafe. If the site refuses them, the scraper moves to US residential proxies by itself.
