You pay $0.80 per 1,000 listings ($0.0008 each), plus the small platform usage of the run (compute and datacenter proxy traffic). A run of 1,000 detailed listings used about 0.07 GB of datacenter proxy traffic, so it costs roughly $0.80 for the listings plus under $0.10 of usage.
Is it legal to scrape Trulia? The actor reads only public pages that anyone can open without an account. Check that your use of the data follows Trulia's terms and the laws that apply to you, especially for personal data such as agent names and phones.
Do I need a login or my own proxy? No. The default datacenter proxy works; if Trulia keeps blocking it, the run switches to US residential proxies by itself.
How many results can I get? Trulia shows at most 1,000 homes (25 pages) per search. For bigger areas, add several ZIP codes or split by price range; duplicates across searches are removed.
Why is a field empty? Trulia only shows what the listing provides. Sold prices are missing in non-disclosure states such as Texas, the Zestimate is not shown on every home, and rental communities have price and size ranges instead of single values.
Can I schedule it or use the API? Yes. Schedule runs in the console, or start them through the API and fetch the dataset in JSON, CSV or Excel.

Datacenter proxies work well for Trulia and are the cheapest. Each request uses a fresh exit; if Trulia keeps blocking datacenter exits the run switches to US residential proxies automatically.
