💰 Pricing

You pay $0.70 per 1,000 products saved ($0.0007 per product), plus the small platform usage of the run (compute and proxy traffic). Example: 1,000 products from search ≈ $0.70 in result fees plus about one cent of usage. Full product details load one extra page per product, so they add proxy traffic: roughly 0.09 GB per 1,000 products, about 9 cents at the datacenter proxy rate. Product URLs that cannot be read are listed in the run status and the OUTPUT record and are not saved or charged.

❓ FAQ

Is it legal to scrape Alibaba? The actor reads only public product and supplier information that anyone can see without logging in. Check the site's terms and your local laws for your use case, especially for personal data.

Do I need a login or my own proxy? No. The built-in datacenter proxy works; the run moves to residential by itself if datacenter addresses keep getting challenged.

How many results can I get? Alibaba shows up to 60 products per page and a few thousand per search. Use several keywords or filters to go wider. The run says in its status when a search had fewer products than you asked for.

Why is a field empty? Not every listing shows every field (for example ratings or sold counts). Specifications, variants, certificates and supplier metrics need Full product details.

Can I schedule it or use the API? Yes. Schedule runs for price monitoring, call it over the API, or connect it to webhooks and integrations.

⚠️ Limits

• Prices are the ones alibaba.com shows to a visitor from the proxy location, usually in USD.
• Supplier contact details beyond the public contact name are not available (no login).
• Alibaba caps how deep one search can be paged (about 100 pages); very broad keywords stop at the site's ceiling. The actor has no cap of its own.
