🃏 Fanatics Collect Scraper

Scrape lots from Fanatics Collect (formerly PWCC Marketplace): the live Weekly Auction, the Premier Auction, the Buy Now fixed-price marketplace and the sold archive of past auctions. Every lot comes with its current bid, bid count, final sale price, buyer's premium, grader and grade, certification number, watchers, images and auction dates. No login, no browser, and you pay only for the lots you save.

✨ Why use Fanatics Collect Scraper?

  • ⚡ Fast — reads the same search the website uses, 1,000 lots per request: 20 lots in about 6 seconds, the whole live Weekly Auction (61,163 lots in our test) in about a minute.
  • 📦 No result cap — set Max lots to 0 to get every matching lot. Large result sets are split into slices automatically, so you are not stuck with the first few pages.
  • 🏷️ Sold prices with premium — sold lots carry the hammer price, the price the buyer paid and the buyer's premium percentage.
  • 🎯 Precise filters — category, subcategory (Pokémon, One Piece, Basketball...), grader, grade, price, card year and sale dates, applied by the site's own search.
  • 🔑 Stable lot IDs — lot_id is identical across runs, so you can track the same lot from listing to sale.
  • 💸 Cheap — a flat price per saved lot, no start fee.

🎯 Use cases

  • 💰 Price research and comps — pull recent sale prices for a card, grade and grader before you bid or consign.
  • 📈 Market tracking — watch bid counts, watchers and current bids across the live Weekly Auction every day.
  • 🗂️ Portfolio valuation — match your PSA, BGS, SGC or CGC cards against sold lots and the site's estimated values.
  • 🔍 Deal scouting — find Buy Now listings below the estimated value, or low-bid lots close to the auction end.
  • 🧮 Data and analytics — build sell-through, premium and price-trend datasets by sport, game, player or grade.

  3. Set Max lots (0 = every match) and the Sort order.
  4. Click Start. Lots appear in the dataset as they are saved.
  5. Export the results as JSON, CSV or Excel, or read them through the API.

💰 Pricing

You pay $1.50 per 1,000 lots saved ($0.0015 per lot), with no start fee. Platform usage (compute and proxy) comes on top and is very small for this actor, because it reads compact search results without a browser.

  • 20 lots ≈ $0.03
  • 1,000 lots ≈ $1.50
  • 10,000 lots ≈ $15

Set a maximum charge for the run and the scraper stops cleanly when it is reached, keeping every lot paid for.

❓ FAQ

Is it legal to scrape Fanatics Collect? The scraper reads public lot pages and search results that anyone can see without an account. Check the site's terms and your local rules for how you use the data.

Do I need a login or proxy? No login. The default datacenter proxy works well; you can switch to your own proxies in the Proxy section.

How many lots can I get? As many as match. Max lots 0 saves every match: the live Weekly Auction alone holds tens of thousands of lots, and the sold archive millions, so use filters for the archive.

Why is a field empty? Fields are filled when the site has them. Buy Now listings have no bids or auction dates, raw cards have no grader or certificate, and the buyer's premium is only known for sold auction lots.

Can I track one lot over time? Yes. Put its link in Lot URLs and schedule the run, or join runs on lot_id.

Can I schedule it or use the API? Yes. Schedule runs in the console, or start them through the API and read the dataset as JSON, CSV or Excel.

⚠️ Limits

  • The site's search lists at most about 2,400 lots per query. Larger result sets are split into slices automatically; within the first 2,000 lots the order is exactly the site's sort, beyond that slices follow the sort key for price, year and sale-date sorts, and are grouped by price for the other sorts.
  • For deep year or sale-date sorted runs, the few lots with no year or sale date on the site are skipped.
  • Live auction prices change while a run is in progress. In very large runs a lot whose price moves between slices can be missed; repeats are removed, so each lot is saved once per run.
  • serial_number, print_run, autograph and memorabilia are read from the lot title, so they depend on how the seller wrote it.
  • Lot descriptions, full bid histories and seller payout data are not included.
