💰 Pricing

Pay per event:

• $3.00 per 1,000 products (one product row with its details).
• $0.70 per 1,000 reviews, only when reviews are switched on.
• Platform usage (compute and residential proxy traffic) is billed on top and is small: a product page is about 50 KB of proxy traffic.

Example: 1,000 products without reviews ≈ $3.00 in product events plus roughly $0.10 of proxy traffic and a few cents of compute. Links that fail or point at removed products are not charged.

❓ FAQ

Is it legal to scrape Naver product pages? The actor reads only public product pages, the same data a shopper sees without logging in. Reviews contain personal data such as masked buyer IDs and photos, so handle them under the privacy laws that apply to you (for example GDPR or Korea's PIPA).

Do I need a Naver account or my own proxy? No. Korean residential proxies are included by default.

Which links work? Product links of Naver brand stores (official brand shops on brand.naver.com), including their smartstore.naver.com and mobile links. Other SmartStores and price-comparison pages are not supported (see Limits).

What if a field is empty? Some fields depend on the seller: the disclosure table, buyer surveys or delivery details can be missing for some products. Links that cannot be collected produce no row and are not charged; the run's status message counts them and the OUTPUT record lists each one under failedInputs with the reason.

Can I schedule it or use the API? Yes. Save the input as a task, schedule it, and read each run's dataset through the API.

⚠️ Limits

• Price-comparison links (search.shopping.naver.com/catalog/...) are not supported right now: Naver shows its login or captcha page for them. Those links are skipped without a charge and listed in the OUTPUT record (failedInputs); the other links in the run are still collected. Seller comparison and price history are therefore not included.
• Only brand store products are supported. Naver puts ordinary SmartStore product pages behind its login wall for automated connections; such links are retried with fresh connections and then skipped without a charge (listed in OUTPUT under failedInputs); the other links in the run are still collected.
• Bare product IDs without a store link usually cannot be resolved for the same reason; paste the full product link.
• Naver's AI review summary and the search-card fields (seller grade, catalogue match) are not included.
• Up to 2,000 reviews per product, because reviews are stored inside the product row and one row must stay under the platform's 10 MB request limit.
