The best no-code web scrapers in 2026 are Scrape.ly, Browse AI, Octoparse, ParseHub, Web Scraper and Apify. Scrape.ly comes first because you don't build or install anything: you pick a ready-made scraper from a Store of 570+, fill in a form or load one of 1,852 presets, and it runs in the cloud, on a schedule if you like, with results going to Excel or Google Sheets. You pay per result from a free $5 monthly credit.

The other five are good at narrower things, and we say which. Every price and limit below was checked on 26 October 2026 on the vendor's own pricing page.

What "no-code" means for a web scraper

A no-code web scraper collects data from websites without you writing a script. There are three ways tools do it:

  • Ready-made scrapers. Someone else built and maintains a scraper for a site, such as Google Maps or Amazon. You fill in a form: a search term, a location, a number of results. This is the Scrape.ly and Apify model.
  • Point-and-click builders. You open the site in a desktop app or browser extension and click the elements you want; the tool records a "task", "project" or "sitemap". Octoparse, ParseHub and Web Scraper work this way.
  • Recorded robots. You show the tool what to do in your browser, and it repeats it on a schedule. That's Browse AI's approach, alongside its prebuilt robots.

Builders and recorders work on almost any site, but you own the upkeep: when the site changes its layout, your task breaks and you fix it. Ready-made scrapers move that work to the publisher.

What to look for in a no-code web scraper

  1. Nothing to install. A browser tab should be enough to set up, run, schedule and export. Desktop apps tie you to one machine.
  2. Maintained scrapers for the sites you need. If a scraper already exists for Google Maps, Amazon or LinkedIn Jobs, you shouldn't have to build one.
  3. Cloud runs and schedules on the free plan. You want to test the real thing, including a daily run, before you pay.
  4. A price per result you can read before you start. Then you can predict the bill from the number of rows you need.
  5. Exports to the tools you use. Excel, CSV and Google Sheets at minimum.
  6. A way up. When a project grows, the same scrapers should work from an API, from code or from an AI assistant.

1. Scrape.ly: ready-made scrapers that run from a form

Scrape.ly replaces "build a scraper" with a Store. Each of its 570+ Actors is a maintained scraper for one site or job, from one of six publisher studios, with its price per result on its page. You open one in your browser, fill in the form or pick a preset such as "Restaurants in Konstanz, 10 places", set a maximum cost, and click Start. It runs in the cloud. There's nothing to download and no computer to keep on.

What that gives a no-code user:

  • Prices you can read up front, with usage included. The Google Maps Scraper charges $3.81 per 1,000 places and the Amazon Product Scraper $1.06 per 1,000 products, with compute and proxies included.
  • Cloud runs on the free plan. Free gives you $5 of usage every month without a card, 2 concurrent runs and 5 schedules. That's about 1,300 Google Maps places a month.
  • Schedules without a server. An automation runs a saved input hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or on a custom schedule, in your time zone (automations).
  • Exports where you work. Download any run as Excel, CSV, JSON, XML, HTML or PDF, or send each run's results to Google Sheets, Slack, email or a webhook (integrations).
  • An AI chat that does the setup. Describe what you need, for example "find flats under €1,500 in Berlin with a balcony", and the chat searches the Store, fills in the input, runs it and shows the results as a table. It can also set up the schedule for you.
  • A cap on every run. Set a maximum charge and the run stops when it reaches it.
  • Room to grow. The same scrapers run from the REST API, the Python and JavaScript clients, and AI assistants like Claude or Cursor over Scrape.ly's MCP server.

Best for: anyone who wants data from common sites in a spreadsheet, on a schedule, without building or maintaining a scraper. For a feature-by-feature view against the best-known builder, see the Scrape.ly vs Octoparse comparison.

2. Browse AI

Browse AI lets you train a "robot" by recording what you do on a site with its browser extension, or start from a prebuilt robot. Robots can extract lists and details, take screenshots and monitor pages for changes on a schedule.

It bills in credits. One credit extracts 10 rows from a page or captures one screenshot, and sites marked Premium (those that need premium proxies) cost between 2 and 10 credits per run at minimum. The free plan has 50 credits a month for 2 websites and 3 users. Personal costs $19 a month billed annually, with 12,000 credits a year delivered upfront and 5 websites; Professional costs $69 a month billed annually, with 60,000 credits a year and 10 websites. Premium starts at $500 a month. Unused credits reset at the end of the billing cycle, and extra websites cost a few dollars a month each.

Best for: monitoring a handful of specific pages for changes, where recording a robot is quicker than finding a scraper. If you need data from many websites, the per-website limits matter; Scrape.ly's Store Actors don't count websites.

3. Octoparse

Octoparse is the classic point-and-click scraper: you build tasks in its desktop app, use auto-detect, or start from its template gallery.

The free plan includes 10 tasks on one device and runs them on your own computer, with up to 50,000 rows of export a month. Cloud extraction and scheduling start with Standard at $69 a month billed annually ($83 billed monthly), with 100 tasks and up to 3 concurrent cloud processes. Professional costs $249 a month billed annually ($299 monthly) for 250 tasks and up to 20 concurrent cloud processes. Add-ons come from a separate balance: residential proxies at $3 per GB, CAPTCHA solving at $1 to $1.50 per 1,000 and pay-per-result templates at $0.001 to $3 per 1,000 results.

Best for: people who like building tasks visually on a desktop and run them often enough to justify a subscription. Our Octoparse alternatives guide and Octoparse pricing breakdown go deeper.

4. ParseHub

ParseHub is a downloadable point-and-click app where you build projects visually. The free plan needs no card and allows 200 pages per run, 5 public projects and 14 days of data retention.

Standard costs $189 a month for 10,000 pages per run, 20 private projects, IP rotation and scheduling. Professional costs $599 a month for unlimited pages per run and 120 private projects. Paying quarterly saves 15%.

Best for: small visual projects where the free plan's 200 pages per run are enough. Scheduling starts at $189 a month, while Scrape.ly includes 5 schedules on its free plan.

5. Web Scraper

Web Scraper started as a free Chrome extension: you define a "sitemap" of pages and fields by clicking, and it scrapes in your own browser. Web Scraper Cloud runs those sitemaps on its servers with proxies, a scheduler, an API and exports to Google Sheets, Dropbox and S3.

Cloud plans bill by URL credits, one per page loaded: Project costs $50 a month ($40 billed annually) for 5,000 URL credits and 2 concurrent scrapers, Professional $100 ($80) for 20,000, and Scale starts at $200. Each plan has a 7-day free trial without a card. Its FAQ says Cloud doesn't extract data from social media platforms, LinkedIn included.

Best for: building simple scrapers in your own browser for free. For cloud runs on the free plan, or ready-made scrapers instead of sitemaps, Scrape.ly is the shorter path; see the Scrape.ly vs Web Scraper comparison.

6. Apify

Apify is an Actor platform with the Apify Store, where you run ready-made scrapers from an input form, much like Scrape.ly. The free plan includes $5 of usage a month without a card; Starter costs $19, Scale $199 and Business $999. Most Store Actors charge per event. On paid plans, usage above the plan's prepaid amount goes on the next invoice, and unused prepaid usage expires at the end of the billing cycle.

Best for: running an Actor that only exists in the Apify Store. Scrape.ly works the same way from a form, with residential proxies at $4 per GB on Free instead of $8, and a maximum charge per run instead of an overage invoice. Our Apify alternatives guide has the details.

How to scrape a website without code on Scrape.ly

Here's the whole path from "I need this data" to a spreadsheet that refreshes itself.

1. Find the scraper. Search the Store for the site. Each Actor page shows the input, the output fields, the price per result and ready-made presets.

2. Run it from the form. Sign up free, open the Actor, load a preset or fill in the fields, set a maximum cost for the run, and click Start. Most small runs finish in seconds.

3. Export it. Open the run's results and download them as Excel or CSV. Our guide to scraping data from a website to Excel shows the export options.

4. Put it on a schedule. Click Automate this under the input, choose On a schedule (daily at 9:00 is the default), and add Send results to Google Sheets. You share the sheet with Scrape.ly's service account once, and every run adds its rows or replaces the tab. The Google Sheets guide and our guide to scheduling web scraping walk through it.

5. Or just ask. Open the AI chat and describe the data: "Every Monday, get the 20 best-rated coffee shops in Austin from Google Maps and add them to my sheet." The chat picks the Actor, fills in the input and prepares the automation.

What to watch out for with any no-code scraper

  • Sites change. A point-and-click task breaks when the page layout changes, and you fix it. Scrape.ly's Store Actors are maintained by their publishers, so a layout change is their problem, not yours.
  • Sites without a ready-made scraper. The Store covers common sites. For anything else, the Web Scraper Actor crawls any site with a short page function, which is a few lines of JavaScript, or the AI chat can send the Scrape.ly team a request for a new Actor.
  • Blocking. Busy sites block repeated requests from one address. Store Actors use Scrape.ly's proxies and browser, and on most of them the price per result already includes that.
  • Pages behind a login. No-code scrapers are for public pages. Store Actors collect publicly available data that any visitor can see.
  • Personal data. Names, emails and phone numbers of people are personal data under GDPR and similar laws, even on public pages. Collect what you need, and read is web scraping legal? before you start.

FAQ

What is the best no-code web scraper?

Scrape.ly: you pick one of 570+ ready-made scrapers, fill in a form, and it runs in the cloud, on a schedule if you want, with exports to Excel and Google Sheets. There's nothing to install, and the free plan's $5 monthly credit covers real runs.

Is there a free no-code web scraper?

Yes. Scrape.ly's free plan includes $5 of usage every month, cloud runs, 5 schedules and exports, with no card. Web Scraper's Chrome extension is free for scraping in your own browser, Browse AI's free plan has 50 credits a month, and Octoparse's free plan runs 10 tasks on your own computer.

How do I scrape a website without coding?

Find a ready-made scraper for the site, enter what you want (a search term, a location, a list of URLs), run it, and download the results as Excel or CSV. On Scrape.ly that takes a few minutes in the browser, and you can put it on a schedule that writes to Google Sheets.

Which no-code web scrapers export to Google Sheets?

Scrape.ly sends each run's results to a Google Sheet through an automation, adding rows or replacing the tab, with no Google sign-in. Web Scraper Cloud exports to Google Sheets on its paid plans, and Octoparse lists saving to Google Sheets on its Professional plan.

Browse AI vs Octoparse: which is cheaper?

Browse AI's first paid plan costs $19 a month billed annually, Octoparse's $69 a month billed annually. They bill differently: Browse AI by credits (10 rows each) and websites, Octoparse by plan with add-ons. Scrape.ly's Starter plan is $19 a month billed monthly, and all of it is usage credit.

Scraping publicly available data is common and often lawful, but the rules depend on the data, the site's terms and your country. Avoid personal data you don't need and pages behind a login. This isn't legal advice; our legal guide covers the main cases. For more tools beyond no-code, see the best web scraping tools.
