One row per company. The default table shows the key columns; the Partners view has one row per partner and the Contacts view shows address and phone.

💰 Pricing

$0.75 per 1,000 companies saved ($0.00075 per company), plus a small platform usage fee for compute and proxy traffic. Example: 1,000 companies cost $0.75 in result fees plus less than one cent of platform usage (we measured about $0.001 for a 1,000-company search and $0.003 for 1,000 CNPJ lookups). Companies dropped by your filters, CNPJs that do not exist and invalid numbers are free.

❓ FAQ

Is it legal? The CNPJ registry is public open data that the Receita Federal publishes under Brazil's access-to-information law. Partner CPFs are masked by the registry itself. You are responsible for how you use personal data (LGPD).

Do I need a login or a proxy? No. The default datacenter proxy works.

How many companies can I get? As many as match your search. São Paulo alone has millions of CNPJs, so combine a state with a CNAE code or municipality for focused lists. Set maxItems to 0 for no limit.

Why is the email empty? The open registry data this actor reads does not publish email addresses, so email stays empty. Phones are included when registered.

How fresh is the data? The registry mirror is reloaded from the official Receita Federal files roughly once a month, so a record can be a few weeks old.

Can I schedule it or use the API? Yes. Save your input as a task, schedule it (for example monthly), and read the results with the API or an integration.

⚠️ Limits

• No emails: the open registry data does not include them.
• Search across the whole country with only a partner document can time out at the source; add a state.
• The registry search has a shared rate limit (about one page of 1,000 companies every 2–3 seconds), so 100,000 companies take roughly 4–5 minutes.
• Municipality names must be Brazilian Portuguese names (accents optional); ambiguous names are searched in every state unless you add the state.
• The data is a monthly snapshot, not a live query of the Receita Federal website.
