Collect public Quora questions, answers, profiles, topics, spaces, and search results without an account.
Turn any keyword or Quora link into clean, structured data: questions with answer, follower and comment counts, full answer text with upvotes and views, plus profiles, topics, Spaces and posts. You don't need a Quora account, cookies or a login, and a typical search returns its first 10 results in a few seconds.

You pay $0.30 per 1,000 saved records ($0.0003 per record), plus a small amount of platform usage (compute and residential proxy traffic).
Example: a search that saves 1,000 question records costs $0.30 in record fees plus about $0.18 in platform usage, about $0.48 in total, and finishes in about two minutes. Runs that save nothing cost only the few seconds of compute they used.
Is it legal to scrape Quora? The actor reads only public pages that anyone can open without logging in. You are responsible for how you use the data. Respect Quora's terms, copyright and privacy laws such as the GDPR, especially for personal data.
Do I need a Quora account, cookies or my own proxy? No. The actor uses the platform's residential proxy by default.
How does keyword search work? Quora's own search is only available to logged-in members, so the actor finds public Quora pages that match your keywords through a web search index restricted to quora.com. It then opens each page on Quora to read the current title, counts, dates and text. Results are relevant to your query, but their order is not the same as Quora's in-app search.
How many results can I get? As many as the web index finds for your query. The index returns about 100 links per phrase, so larger jobs automatically widen your phrase with common question words (what, how, why, best, ...). Very narrow keywords can return fewer.
Why is a field missing in some records?
Quora shows some details only on certain pages, and empty values are left out to keep records clean. For example, profiles have no posted_at, and logged-out question pages show only the first few answers.
Can I schedule runs or use the API? Yes. Schedule the actor, call it from the API or connect it to webhooks and integrations like any other actor.
Past Hour and Past Day filters can return few results. Results are filtered by their real Quora posting date.Answer search returns the answers shown on each matching question page (logged-out pages show the top few answers per question).Topic search returns the topic named like your query, plus the topics attached to matching questions.Every field below can be set in the run form, passed through the API, or saved as a task. Unset fields fall back to the defaults shown.

Keywords to find public Quora content. One phrase per line.
startUrlsarrayOptionalQuora URLs
Question, answer, profile, topic, space, post or Quora search links. One per line.
maxItemsPerQueryintegerOptionaldefault 10Maximum records per search or URL
How many records to save for each search query (direct URLs give one record each).
These apply to search queries and Quora search links. Direct links keep the type of page you pasted.

Which kind of result a search should return. Direct URLs use the page itself.
timeFilterenumOptionaldefault "All Time"Search freshness
Only keep results posted in this window. Search ranking comes from a web index, so very fresh results (past hour or day) can be sparse.

Every run writes its results to a dataset. Preview it in the dashboard, then export it or read it through the API.
