💰 Pricing

You pay $0.85 per 1,000 properties ($0.00085 each), plus platform usage of the run. Search results are tiny (a 3,000-property run used under 1 MB of datacenter traffic), so 1,000 properties cost about $0.85 plus well under a cent of usage. Full details open one page per property: a 200-property detailed run used 0.012 GB of datacenter traffic, so 1,000 detailed properties add about $0.06 of proxy usage and take about 3 minutes.

❓ FAQ

Is it legal to scrape Auction.com? The actor reads only public listing data that anyone can see without an account. Make sure your use follows Auction.com's terms and the laws that apply to you, especially for names and contacts in the details.

Do I need an account or my own proxy? No. Datacenter proxies are the default; if Auction.com blocks them, the run moves to US residential proxies by itself.

How many results can I get? All matching properties: the search pages through every result (about 17,000 active listings nationwide at the time of writing).

Why is the opening bid empty? Many foreclosure (trustee) sales do not publish an opening bid before the sale, and some sellers hide it. Turn on full details to also get startingBid when the property page shows it.

Can I schedule it or use the API? Yes. Schedule runs in the console, or start them through the API and fetch the dataset as JSON, CSV or Excel.

⚠️ Limits

  • Residential auctions only (Auction.com's residential site), not commercial properties.
  • Live bid amounts change by the minute; each row is a snapshot at scrapedAt.
  • Bidding, registration and logged-in features (saved properties, reserve prices for registered users) are not covered.
