💰 Pricing

$1.10 per 1,000 properties, details included. Platform usage (compute and residential proxy traffic) is billed on top: about 100 KB per listing with details and about 6 KB without. Example: 1,000 listings with details ≈ $1.10 + about $0.20 usage; without details ≈ $1.10 + about $0.02.

❓ FAQ

Is it legal to scrape Daft.ie? The actor only reads public listings that anyone can open without logging in. You are responsible for how you use the data, including personal data such as agents' names and phone numbers, under GDPR and Daft's terms.

Do I need a Daft account or a proxy? No account and no proxy of your own. daft.ie blocks datacenter IPs, so the actor uses Irish residential proxies by default.

How many results can I get? Every page of a search is followed, so a search returns all of its listings up to your Max properties.

Why is a field empty? Not every listing has every field: many rentals have no floor area or BER number, and private sellers often hide their phone number.

Can I schedule it or use the API? Yes. Schedule runs in the console, or start runs and fetch results through the API and integrations.

⚠️ Limits

• Phone numbers that Daft only reveals through its contact form are not collected.
• Sold-price (Price Register) data is not covered.
• Developments (new homes, build-to-rent) are one row each, with their unit types in units.
