🚀 How to use

1. Paste one or more Fotocasa search URLs (set any filters on fotocasa.es first, they are kept), or listing URLs. Or type a place in Location.
2. For a Location search, choose buy or rent, the property type, the sort order and any filters.
3. Set Max listings (0 means no limit).
4. Click Start and watch the listings arrive in the Output tab.
5. Export as JSON, CSV, Excel or HTML, or read the results through the API.

💰 Pricing

You pay $0.60 per 1,000 listings saved ($0.0006 per listing), plus the platform usage of the run (compute and proxy traffic), which is small for this actor because it reads Fotocasa's lightweight page data. Example: 1,000 listings cost $0.60 in listing fees plus about one cent of usage (measured: about 9 MB of proxy traffic and under a minute of compute). Opening each listing page (fetchDetails) has no extra listing fee; it only adds a little usage.

❓ FAQ

Is it legal? It collects only publicly visible listing data. Make sure your use complies with Fotocasa's terms, the GDPR and the laws that apply to you, especially if you store contact details.

Do I need a login or my own proxy? No. The built-in proxy is used automatically: datacenter addresses first, residential addresses if Fotocasa refuses them.

How many listings can I get? Fotocasa shows at most about 10,000 listings per search. For bigger areas, split the search with price ranges or by district; duplicates across searches are removed within one run.

Why is a field empty? Advertisers fill in different fields. Bedrooms, floor or the exact street are missing when the advertiser did not publish them. Energy fields need fetchDetails.

Can I schedule it or use the API? Yes. Schedule a task in the console and turn on monitor mode to get only new or changed listings, or start runs and read datasets through the API.

⚠️ Limits

• Up to about 10,000 listings per search, which is Fotocasa's own limit.
• Advertiser phone numbers are the public numbers shown on the listing; Fotocasa sometimes shows a tracked number instead of the agency's own.
• Agency contact emails are not collected.
• The radius filter is applied to the listings of the Location or URL you give, so the area you search must cover the circle.
