💰 Pricing

• $2.50 per 1,000 listings for everything the search returns (all fields above except the agency contact block).
• +$4.00 per 1,000 listings only when Include agency details is on.
• No start fee. Platform usage (compute and Swiss residential proxy traffic) is billed on top and is small; see the example below.

Example: 1,000 listings ≈ $2.51 in total (search data, measured usage about $0.01), or about $6.75 with agency details (each listing is opened, so usage is about $0.25 per 1,000). You are only charged for listings that are saved.

❓ FAQ

Is it legal to scrape homegate? The actor only reads publicly visible listings that any visitor can see without logging in. Make sure your use complies with homegate's terms and with data protection law, especially for agents' names and phone numbers.

Do I need an account or my own proxies? No. No login is used, and Swiss residential proxies are included by default (homegate does not accept datacenter connections).

How many listings can I get? homegate serves up to 1,000 listings per search. For more, split the search by price, rooms, area or location; the run tells you when a search has more than 1,000.

Why is a field empty? Fields are only filled when the advertiser provides them, for example floor, year built or net rent. Agency contacts need Include agency details.

Can I schedule it or use the API? Yes. Schedule runs (for example sorted by newest), and read results through the API, webhooks or integrations.

⚠️ Limits

• homegate.ch only. Up to 1,000 listings per search, as on the website.
• A price filter skips "price on request" listings (homegate would otherwise include them in every price range).
• With agency details on, every listing is opened separately, so runs take longer (about 1 second per listing).
• Some search URLs with rare filters (travel time, drawn map areas, special object types) are read page by page from the website, which is slower.
• homegate's bot protection is cleared automatically; on rare occasions a page cannot be loaded after several retries and the run continues with the rest.
