You pay $1.50 per 1,000 listings ($0.0015 per listing), with or without details. Platform usage (compute and proxy traffic) is billed on top and is small. In our tests a 1,000-listing run used under 1 MB of datacenter proxy traffic and well under a cent of compute. Detail mode reads about 77 KB per listing, about $0.08 per 1,000 listings. So 1,000 listings cost about $1.50, or about $1.58 with details. Set a maximum charge per run and the scraper stops cleanly when it is reached.
Is it legal to scrape Ritchie Bros? The scraper only reads public listing data that any visitor sees without logging in. Check that your use of the data follows the site's terms and the laws that apply to you.
Do I need an account, cookies or a proxy? No account or cookies. Datacenter proxies are the default and work; if they are refused repeatedly, the run switches to US residential proxies by itself.
How many listings can I get? Everything a search matches: there is no 10,000-result ceiling. Active inventory is about 115,000 listings and sold history over 1.5 million. Use filters and the maximum to keep runs focused.
Why is a price or field empty? The site leaves some fields empty. Upcoming live auction lots often have no start price yet, and hours or serial numbers are missing on some items. Inspection ratings, the photo gallery and asking prices need Include listing details.
Where does the sold price come from? For Ritchie Bros live auctions the listed price of a sold lot is the hammer price. For online auctions (IronPlanet, GovPlanet and others) the hammer price is read from the listing page, so turn on details for those.
Can I schedule it or use the API? Yes. Save your input as a task, schedule it, and read the dataset through the API or the integrations.
currentBidUsd is converted./fr-ca/, /es/...) run the same search. Titles come as the site stores them, so some European lots carry a French or German title.Every field below can be set in the run form, passed through the API, or saved as a task. Unset fields fall back to the defaults shown.
