💰 Pricing

  • $1.00 per 1,000 listings (one Result event per saved listing).
  • $0.10 per 1,000 listing detail pages when Include listing details is on.
  • Platform usage is billed on top: compute for the run time, and residential proxy traffic ($2 per GB). A search page costs about 2 KB of residential traffic per listing; a listing detail page is about 110 KB.

Worked example: 1,000 listings without details cost about $1.00 in events plus roughly $0.02 in proxy and compute. With details, add about $0.10 in events and about $0.23 in residential traffic. The default 20-listing search costs about $0.02 in total.

❓ FAQ

Is it legal to scrape Facebook Marketplace? The actor only reads listings that Facebook shows to anyone without logging in. Check that your use of the data follows the law where you live and Facebook's terms, especially for personal data such as seller names.

Do I need a Facebook account, cookies, or my own proxy? No. Facebook Marketplace only answers residential IPs without a login, so the actor uses the built-in residential proxy for listings and the cheaper datacenter proxy for everything else.

How many listings can I get? As many as you set per keyword or search URL, until Facebook has no more results for that search (usually 1,000 to 2,000). The status message tells you how many were saved.

Why is a field empty? Sellers fill in only some fields, and some fields (description, coordinates, all photos, seller profile, vehicle data) only come with Include listing details. A few sellers hide their name from logged-out visitors.

Can I search outside the US? Yes. Use a city name with its country (Toronto, ON, Munich, Germany), a Marketplace slug (prague), or latitude and longitude.

Can I schedule it or use the API? Yes. Save your input as a task, schedule it (for example hourly with "Newest first"), and read results through the API or integrations.

⚠️ Limits

  • Only public listings that Facebook shows to logged-out visitors. Messaging sellers, saved searches, and groups-only listings are not covered.
  • Facebook decides which listings a search returns and may include nearby results outside your radius.
  • Filters that you put in a Marketplace URL are used as they are; the input filters only apply to keyword searches.
  • The seller's Marketplace profile link, join date, and rating are only available with listing details.
  • Prices are in the seller's local currency; currency is filled only with listing details.
  • Facebook returns nothing for "Listed in the last" combined with a price or distance sort, so the sort is ignored in that case (newest first still works).
  • One search returns at most what Facebook pages through, usually 1,000 to 2,000 listings. Split big jobs by keyword, category, or city.
  • There is no built-in "only new since last run" mode; schedule a newest-first search and dedupe on id.
