🏆 Goldin Auctions Scraper

Scrape Goldin, the high-end sports card and collectibles auction house, in seconds: live Weekly, Elite and themed auction lots, the Buy Now marketplace and about 800,000 sold lots with their final prices. Every lot comes with its current or hammer price, bid count, buyer's premium, grade, auction and full-size images. No login, no browser, and results cost a fraction of a cent each.

✨ Why use Goldin Auctions Scraper?

  • ⚡ Fast: Goldin's own search answers 1,000 lots per request, so 1,000 lots typically take a few seconds.
  • 💰 Sold comps with the real cost: hammer price, buyer's premium % and the price including premium in every row.
  • 🏷️ Grades parsed for you: grader and numeric grade read from the title (PSA 10, BGS 9.5, SGC 6, CGC 9.8, NGC MS67...).
  • 🔎 Filters that run on Goldin's side: keyword, auction type, auction, category, subcategory, item type, grader, price, year and sale date. Only matching lots are fetched and charged.
  • 📚 The whole archive: large jobs are split by price automatically, so you are not stuck at the 20,000-lot limit of a single Goldin search.
  • 🖼️ Working image links: full-size images from Goldin's current image host.

🎯 Use cases

  • 📈 Card and collectibles price comps: pull sold PSA 10s of a player or set to price consignments and set reserves.
  • 🧾 Auction monitoring: track live lots, bids and prices in the Weekly and Elite auctions, ending soonest first.
  • 🛒 Buy Now deal hunting: list the fixed-price marketplace with asking prices and whether offers are accepted.
  • 📊 Market research: compare Weekly, Elite and themed auction results by category, grader or year.
  • 🤖 Data pipelines: schedule a daily run and feed new results into your database, spreadsheet or BI tool.

💰 Pricing

You pay per lot saved:

  • $1.10 per 1,000 lots (lot event).
  • +$0.40 per 1,000 lots when Include lot details is on (lot-details event). Lots scraped from links include details at no extra charge.

Example: 1,000 sold lots cost about $1.10, or $1.50 with details. Platform usage (compute and proxy) is billed on top and is tiny for this scraper, typically well under one cent per 1,000 lots. There is no start fee.

❓ FAQ

Is it legal to scrape Goldin? The scraper reads only public lot data that Goldin shows to any visitor. Check Goldin's terms and your local rules for how you use the data.

Do I need a Goldin account or a proxy? No account and no login. The default datacenter proxy works well.

How many lots can I get? As many as match. A single Goldin search stops at 20,000 lots, so bigger jobs are split by price automatically. If a single price point still holds more than 20,000 lots, the run says how many it could not reach.

Why are some fields empty? Category, subcategory, item type, cert number, description and view counts come from the lot page: turn on Include lot details. Goldin also leaves many catalogue fields (year, player, team) empty on its side. A few older archived lots fail on Goldin's lot page; they keep their search data.

How are sold lots ordered? By default, latest auctions first. With Sold from / Sold to, only auctions in that window are searched, so recent date ranges are quick.

Can I schedule it or use the API? Yes. Schedule the run in the console, or start it through the API and read the dataset as JSON, CSV or Excel.

⚠️ Limits

  • Goldin's search returns at most 20,000 lots per search; the scraper splits by price to go further, but a single price with more than 20,000 lots cannot be fully listed.
  • The grade is read from the lot title; lots whose title has no grade are marked Ungraded.
  • Sale dates come from the lot close time (auctions) or the sale time (Buy Now).
  • Bids by user, consignor details and anything behind a Goldin login are not collected.
