✨ Why use Posh Events Scraper?

  • 🏙️ Any city — type "Miami", "Austin, TX" or "London" and get the same events posh.vip's explore page shows, for today, this week or this month.
  • 🎟️ Real ticket economics — every tier with base price, price including fees, remaining quantity, sale window and approval rules, plus total tickets sold.
  • 📇 Organizer leads — organizer name, verified badge, public contact email, website and socials, total attendees and number of events.
  • 🔎 Every input posh.vip has — city search, keyword search, organizer pages (with past events if you want them), event pages and /f/ flyer short links.
  • ⚡ Fast and cheap — reads posh.vip's own JSON data directly, no browser. A run with 20 fully detailed events finishes in about 10 seconds; 1,000 detailed events take about 3 minutes.
  • 🧹 Clean output — one row per event, deduplicated across inputs, with addresses split into street, city, state and ZIP.

🎯 Use cases

  • 📈 Promoter and venue lead generation — find the organizers running events in your city, with contact emails and Instagram handles.
  • 💸 Ticket price monitoring — track prices, fees and sell-through (tickets sold, sold-out tiers) for competing events.
  • 🤝 Sponsorship and brand partnerships — rank events by attendees and tickets sold before you reach out.
  • 🗓️ Event aggregation — feed local event calendars, newsletters, concierge and travel apps.
  • 🎧 Talent research — see which DJs and artists play where, with Spotify links and set times.

💰 Pricing

You pay per saved row, plus a tiny amount of platform usage (compute and proxy) for the run:

  • $5 per 1,000 events ($0.005 per event or organizer row) for listing data.
  • +$5 per 1,000 events ($0.005) for full details (tickets, fees, tickets sold, attendees, organizer contacts).

Example (measured on a real 1,000-event New York run): 1,000 events with full details cost $10.00 in event fees plus about $0.06 of platform usage (residential proxy $0.053, compute $0.007). Listing data only: about $5 plus a cent of usage.

❓ FAQ

Is it legal to scrape posh.vip? The scraper only reads public event and organizer pages that anyone can open without an account. Check posh.vip's terms and your local laws for how you use the data, especially contact details.

Do I need a posh.vip account, cookies or my own proxy? No. It works without login. posh.vip blocks datacenter connections, so the run uses residential US proxies by default; their small cost is part of the platform usage.

How many events can I get? As many as posh.vip lists. A big city has several hundred events in a month (Miami had 532 when we tested). Use Max events to cap a run, or 0 for no limit.

Why are some fields empty? posh.vip only shows what the organizer entered. Secret locations hide the venue until the event day, many organizers do not publish a contact email, and tickets sold is hidden on some events.

Can I schedule it or use it from my code? Yes. Schedule runs (for example every morning for your city) and read the dataset over the API, or connect webhooks and integrations.

I used a similar actor on another platform. Is the input compatible? Yes. startUrls with explore, event, organizer and flyer links, maxEvents and scrapeEventDetails work the same way.

⚠️ Limits

  • Only public events. Private, draft and password-protected event details are not returned.
  • City searches cover upcoming events only (today, this week or this month), like posh.vip's explore page.
  • posh.vip's keyword search returns at most about 60 events per keyword. Use cities or organizer links for more.
  • Organizer pages list the events the organizer shows publicly; past events need Include past events.
  • Filters do not apply dates to event links you paste directly.
