✨ Why use Partiful Scraper?

  • 🗺️ Every explore event, not just the preview — each city's trending list, every curated section in full and the "more events" feed, merged and de-duplicated, with the sections each event appears in.
  • 👥 Hosts you can reach — host names, profile links, photos, bios and the social handles they show on the event page.
  • 🎟️ Ticket prices and free events — the lowest and highest ticket price, currency and a simple free or ticketed flag.
  • 🔗 Any link works — event pages, go.partiful.com short links, host profiles (all their published events) and explore lists like "free events" or "this weekend".
  • 🎯 Filters that matter — today, this weekend, next 30 days or a date range, minimum going count, free or ticketed only, and keywords.
  • ⚡ Fast and light — reads the same public JSON the site uses, so 20 events with full details take a few seconds and every event in all nine cities takes under a minute.

🎯 Use cases

  • 📣 Event marketing and sponsorship — find the busiest pop-ups, parties and meetups in a city and the hosts behind them.
  • 🤝 Lead generation — build lists of active event organizers, venues and communities with their public social handles.
  • 📊 Market research — track what kinds of events trend in NYC versus London, how many people RSVP and how many charge for tickets.
  • 🗓️ Event calendars and newsletters — pull this weekend's free events into your own listings site, app or weekly email.
  • 🏢 Venue scouting — see which venues and neighborhoods host the most popular events.

  5. Download the results as JSON, CSV, Excel or HTML, or read them through the API.

💰 Pricing

You pay $2.50 per 1,000 events ($0.0025 per event saved), plus the small platform usage of the run (compute and datacenter proxy traffic, about one cent per 1,000 events with full details). Example: every event in all nine cities (about 700) ≈ $1.75 + under $0.01 usage; 150 events ≈ $0.38. Events that are filtered out, and event links that cannot be opened, are never charged. Set a maximum charge on the run and it stops cleanly when the budget is used up.

❓ FAQ

Is it legal to scrape Partiful? The scraper reads only public events that Partiful shows to every visitor without logging in. Respect Partiful's terms, privacy laws such as GDPR and CCPA, and use personal data (host names and handles) only for legitimate purposes.

Do I need a Partiful account, cookies or a proxy? No account or cookies. A datacenter proxy is set by default and works well.

How many events can I get? Everything each city's explore page lists: trending, every curated section in full and the feed. That is typically about 20 to 200 events per city, depending on the city and the week. The run says how many each city has when it is fewer than your maximum. Host profiles return all their published events.

Why are some guest counts empty? Hosts can hide their guest count. Then the counts are null instead of a misleading zero. Ticket prices, postal codes, host bios and links need Fetch full event details turned on.

Can I scrape cities that are not on the list? Partiful's explore pages cover only these nine cities. For any other place, paste event links or host profiles.

Can I schedule it or use the API? Yes. Schedule the scraper (for example every morning for "today" events), call it through the API, or connect the results to webhooks and integrations.

⚠️ Limits

  • Only public events. Private, password-protected and invite-only events are not visible without an account and are skipped.
  • Guest lists (who is going) and comments are not collected; only the counts the event shows.
  • Explore covers nine cities. Other cities work only through event or host links.
  • Explore lists like /explore/l/nyc/free-events show up to 16 events; use a city with filters for more.
  • Ticket prices come from the event page, so the free or ticketed filter reads every candidate event.
